	After completing his studies of Business Administration, Christian Arens was significantly responsible for building up the conception department for new asset closed end funds, at Ernst & Young in Hamburg,where he, amongst, developed concepts for renewable energy and secondary market life insurances funds. In 2005, he stepped into entrepreneurship.			Since during his studies, Peter Jäderberg has worked in the financial sector (from institutional international stock exchange trading to investments counselling) and been involved with British Life Insurance Policies since 1999, as well as a short time later with their Secondary Market. As co-initiator of the German TEP funds conceptions he realised this together in close cooperation with the British TEP market.
